摘要
目的:分析痛风患者采取合理、科学饮食干预的临床效果。方法:2017年5月-2019年12月收治痛风患者76例,按就诊单双号分为两组,各38例。对照组接受常规化诊疗;研究组在常规诊疗基础上加用合理、科学的饮食干预。比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组低嘌呤食物的饮食率及生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血尿酸水平及疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痛风患者采取合理、科学饮食干预,可获令人满意的效果,能够积极调整患者不良饮食结构,降低血尿酸水平,亦能减轻疼痛,促进预后改善。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of reasonable and scientific diet intervention on gout patients.Methods:From May 2017 to December 2019,76 patients with gout were selected and divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group according to the odd and even numbers of treatment list.The control group received routine diagnosis and treatment.The study group received reasonable and scientific diet intervention on the basis of routine diagnosis and treatment.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the diet rate of low purine food and quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,serum uric acid level and pain score were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reasonable and scientific diet intervention can achieve satisfactory results in gout patients,it can actively adjust the bad diet structure of patients,reduce the level of serum uric acid,relieve pain and improve the prognosis.
