摘要
目的:探讨INSURE技术治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床疗效及安全性。方法:2017年1月-2020年5月收治早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿169例,随机分为两组。对照组采取持续正压通气方法治疗;观察组采取INSURE技术治疗。比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果:观察组治疗后PaO_(2)、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)水平均明显高于对照组,PaCO_(2)水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组无创通气时间、氧疗时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率及病死率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿,给予INSURE技术治疗疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of INSURE technique in the treatment of respiratory distress syndrome in premature infants.Methods:From January 2017 to May 2020,169 premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with continuous positive pressure ventilation.The observation group was treated with INSURE technology.We compared the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after treatment,PaO_(2) and PaO_(2)/FiO_(2) levels were significantly higher than those in the control group,while PaCO_(2) level was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the time of noninvasive ventilation,oxygen therapy and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of complications and mortality were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of INSURE technique in the treatment of respiratory distress syndrome in premature infants is significant.
