摘要
为提升飞行员的整体身体素质,就需要对其核心力量进行训练,这也是提升飞行员战斗力的最终目的,然而这种训练恰巧是转化为专项抗荷力量的最主要途径之一。飞行员的整体身体素质对于战斗力的强弱有着非常紧密的联系,战斗机飞行员通常对抗荷能力的要求比较高,同时飞行抗荷的核心就是力量。在进行战斗机作战的过程中,对于飞行员的身体素质以及核心爆发力都有着非常高的需求。爆发力产生的瞬间往往会造成身体的瞬间不稳定,核心爆发力好的飞行员可以在瞬间的不稳定状态下达到动作质量与飞机操控的完美结合。核心爆发力的好坏表现在这种瞬间不稳定状态下的身体控制能力,包括对身体姿势,动作姿势的控制。
In order to improve the overall physical fitness of the pilots,it is necessary to train their core strength,which is also the ultimate goal of improving the combat force of the pilots.However,this training happens to be one of the most important ways to transform into a special anti-G force.The overall physical fitness of a pilot is very closely related to the strength of combat force.Fighter pilots usually have higher requirements for anti-G capability,and the core of flying anti-G is strength.In the process of fighter combat,there is a very high demand for the physical fitness and core explosive power of the pilots.The moment when the explosive force is generated often causes the body to be instantly unstable.A pilot with a good core explosive force can achieve the perfect combination of action quality and aircraft control in an instantaneous unstable state.The core explosive power is manifested in the body control ability in this momentary unstable state,including the control of body posture and movement posture.
