摘要
目的:探讨生长抑素治疗上消化道出血的方法及临床疗效。方法:2018年1月-2019年12月收治上消化道出血患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。观察组在常规治疗基础上加用生长抑素治疗;对照组给予常规治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组显效率及总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均止血时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:生长抑素可治疗多种不同原因所致的消化道出血,是治疗消化道出血的最佳药物,使用方便、作用迅速,对胃肠道具有多种药理作用,疗效可靠,具有安全、不良反应少等优点,是内科治疗的有效措施之一。
Objective:To explore the method and clinical efficacy of somatostatin in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with somatostatin on the basis of routine treatment.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:the markedly effective rate and total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average hemostatic time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Somatostatin is the best drug for the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding caused by different causes.It is convenient,rapid and obvious,and has a variety of pharmacological effects on gastrointestinal tract,and the curative effect is reliable.It has the advantages of safety and less adverse reactions,so it is one of the effective measures for medical treatment.
