摘要
美国的全流量排放系统规定了安全阀和紧急切断阀的设定值,欧洲的标准规定了压力管道的级别划分。工艺流程图设计中,我国遵循GB 50251—2015《城镇燃气设计规范》(2020年版)参照EN 12186—2014《气体应用系统——用于输送和分配的气体调压站功能需求》的规定,选择非排放式的各类安全保护装置(即紧急切断阀、监控调压器),同时又在调压后设置排放式的全启式安全阀。安全保护装置的设置及压力设定密切关系到燃气输配系统的安全,关系到持续供气及管网储气调峰能力,需要重点关注,合理选择。
The setting values of safety valve and emergency shut-off valve are specified in the full flow discharge system of the United States.The classification of pressure pipeline is specified in the European standard.In the design of process flow chart,China follows GB 50251—2015 and en 12186—2014,all kinds of non-discharge safety protection devices(i.e.emergency cut-off valve and monitoring regulator)are selected,and discharge full open safety valve is set after pressure regulation.The setting of safety protection device and pressure setting are closely related to the safety of gas transmission and distribution system,and to the capacity of continuous gas supply and peak shaving of gas storage in pipe network,which need to be focused on and reasonably selected.
