鳜鲮循环水高效健康养殖技术研究

Development of an efficient and healthy aquaculture technology using recirculating water system for Siniperca chuatsi Basilewsky and Cirrhinus mrigala

摘要 传统鳜鱼养殖模式存在能耗大、病害多发、药残超标等问题,研发以养殖水体水质高效调控为核心内容的鳜鱼健康养殖技术是华南地区鳜鱼养殖产业急需解决的问题。本研究采用循环水养殖技术、养殖水体水质生物调节技术等技术开展鳜鱼健康养殖技术研究,实现鳜鱼养殖的节能减排和鳜鱼商品鱼的品质提升,亩产鳜鱼可达6518斤,亩利润可达3.7万多元。本项研究有效解决了鳜鱼传统养殖模式下能耗大、疾病多发、药残超标、肉质口感与野生鳜鱼差别大等关键技术问题,建立了一套成熟的以节能减排和品质提升为主要效能目标的鳜鱼健康养殖技术体系。 Traditional models for aquaculture of mandarin fish(Siniperca chuatsi Basilewsky)are limited by several problems,such as high energy consumption,frequent diseases,and excessive drug residues.Therefore,a healthy aquaculture technology centered on efficient water quality control is required for the mandarin fish aquaculture industry in South China.This study evaluated[A1]techniques such as the recirculating aquaculture system and bioregulation of aquaculture water quality as strategies to develop healthier aquaculture systems for mandarin fish.Overall,such approaches are expected to reduce the energy consumption and waste emission in aquaculture system,thereby improving the commercial quality of mandarin fish.With the new system,a yield of 6,518 kg/mu mandarin fish was obtained,representing a profit of more than 37,000 RMB/mu.In summary,the newly developed healthy system for aquaculture of mandarin fish centered on energy saving,emission reduction,and quality improvement enhanced the performance and effectively addresses the key technical problems associated with traditional aquaculture models,including differences in the texture of meat of wild mandarin fish.
