聚乙二醇/聚乙烯醇复合相变材料对烟支滤嘴的降温性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为降低加热不燃烧卷烟抽吸过程中滤嘴端主流烟气的温度,采用冻融循环法制备了聚乙二醇(PEG)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)的复合相变材料,并将所制备的材料添加于加热不燃烧卷烟滤嘴中,考察抽吸过程中该材料对滤嘴端主流烟气的降温效果。采用恒温加热、扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)和差示扫描(DSC)等方法对所制备材料的物化结构及热性能进行了表征,采用热电偶在线检测加热不燃烧卷烟样品逐口抽吸时滤嘴端的温度。结果表明:(1)当PEG含量不超过50%(w)时,PEG/PVA复合相变材料在相变过程中仍可保持固体形态;(2)该材料的微观形貌呈三维网状结构,但PEG与PVA之间并无新的化学键产生,靠氢键复合;(3)对于PEG/PVA(50%/50%),相变温度为61℃,相变焓为101.7 J/g;(4)将PEG/PVA(50%/50%)添加到加热不燃烧卷烟的滤嘴中,随着添加量的增加,主流烟气的降温幅度增大,且PEG亦不会从滤棒中渗漏,表明该复合材料适宜作为加热不燃烧卷烟滤嘴的降温材料。 In order to cool the mainstream smoke at the filter of heat-not-burn cigarettes,polyethylene glycol(PEG)/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)composite phase change material is prepared by the freezing/thawing method.The prepared material is added into the heat-not-burn cigarette filter,and the cooling effect of its addition on the mainstream smoke temperature at the filter is investigated during smoking.The physical-chemical structure and thermal properties of the prepared material is characterized by constant temperature heating,SEM,FT-IR and DSC.The cooling effect of PEG/PVA in filter is detected by the thermocouples.The results show that:(1)the PEG/PVA with PEG content less than 50%(w)can still maintain a solid state during the phase transition process;(2)The composite material exhibited a three-dimensional network structure,and there is no new chemical bond but only hydrogen bond between PEG and PVA;(3)The phase transition temperature is 61℃ and the phase transition enthalpy is 101.7 J/g of PEG/PVA(50%/50%);(4)The temperature of mainstream smoke decreases with the increase of the added amount of the prepared material into the filter of the heat-not-burn cigarette,with no liquid leaking from the filter during smoking.These results indicate that the prepared material could be useful for cooling the mainstream smoke of heat-not-burn cigarettes.
