摘要
选用旋转速度400~500 rpm、焊接速度100~140 mm/min的工艺参数对厚度16 mm的7075-T6铝合金板进行搅拌摩擦焊接,分析并讨论焊接接头的显微组织及力学性能。结果表明,7075-T6搅拌摩擦焊焊接接头由焊核区、轴肩影响区、热机影响区和热影响区组成。焊核区及轴肩影响区为细小的再结晶等轴晶组织;热机影响区晶粒发生严重扭曲,且部分强化相发生溶解;热影响区晶粒较母材区长大。整个接头发生软化现象,最低硬度值107.8 HV,出现在焊核区与热机影响区交界处;横向拉伸试样在焊核区与热机影响区交界处断裂,抗拉强度为395 MPa,达到母材强度的72%。
The analysis on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welds on 16 mm thick 7075-T6 aluminum alloy plates by the means of friction stir welding technique(FSW)at rotation speed of 400 to 500 rpm and welding speed of 100 to 140 mm/min finds out that a FSW weld has a welded nugget zone,shoulder affected zone,thermal-mechanical affected zone and thermal affected zone:the microstructure in the nugget zone and shoulder affected zone contain fine recrystallized grains;the thermal-mechanical affected zone presents heavily distorted grains and some dissolved grains in the enhanced phase;the grains in the heat affected zone grow larger than in the base metal.The hardness of the entire weld drops and the lowest hardness of 107.8 HV occurs in the junction between the welded nugget zone and thermal-mechanical affected zone.The lateral tensile test piece fractures at the junction between the welded nugget zone and thermal-mechanical affected zone and the tensile strength is 395 MPa,up to 72% of the base metal.
