摘要
分析某薄板坯连铸连轧生产线的工艺特点及设备组成。根据改造需求,设计两种改造方案,分别从产能、产品质量、改造难度、投资等方面进行分析,对比分析每个方案的工艺特点。
Based on the study about the process characteristics and equipment of a thin slab continuous casting and rolling production line of a steel maker,two technical solutions are proposed in consideration of the revamp requirement.The two solutions are compared from the perspectives of production capacity,product quality,revamp difficulty and investment to find which one is more suitable.
