摘要
目的分析不同年龄段急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)男性患者的临床特征。方法 154例急性STEMI男性患者分为中青年组(≤60岁,76例)和老年组(>60岁,78例),比较两组临床资料,包括冠状动脉造影、实验室检查以及心功能指标等相关检查结果。结果与老年组比较,中青年组早发心血管疾病家族史比例和体重指数高,住院天数短,单支血管病变和冠状动脉造影阴性比例高,三支血管病变比例低,Gensini评分低,植入支架数量少,心肌肌钙蛋白T和N端脑钠肽前体水平以及心律失常发生率均较低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论随着年龄增长,急性STEMI男性患者呈现不同的临床特征,尽早行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗是改善急性STEMI男性患者预后的关键。
Objective To analyze clinical characteristics of male patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) in different ages.Methods A hundred fifty-four male patients with acute STEMI were divided into two groups of A(≤60 years old, 76 cases) and B(>60 years old, 78 cases).Clinical data including coronary angiography, laboratory tests and cardiac function examinations were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with group B,the patients in group A had higher percentages of early onset family history of cardiovascular diseases and body mass index, shorter hospital stay, higher percentages of single vascular lesions and coronary angiography negative, lower percentages of three vascular lesions and Gensini score, less number of stent placement, lower levels of cardiac troponin T and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide, and lower incidence of arrhythmia(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion As age increases, male patients with acute STEMI show different clinical characteristics.The early emergency treatment using percutaneous coronary intervention is the key to improve the prognosis of acute STEMI patients.
