摘要
原人参三醇(protopanaxatriol,PPT)是人参皂苷Rg1的代谢产物,其结构特征是C-6位具有羟基,属于达玛烷型皂苷元。大量的研究表明,PPT具有较好的心血管保护作用、神经系统作用、抗炎作用、抗脂肪合成、抗糖尿病和其他的生物活性。该文通过检索与PPT相关的文献,就PPT的生物活性及其作用机制进行了总结和归纳,以期为PPT的进一步开发和利用提供一定的理论基础。
Protopanaxatriol(PPT)is a metabolite of ginsenoside Rg1,a kind of dammaranetype aglycon with a hydroxyl group at the C-6 position. A great number of studies have indicated that protopanaxatriol has good biological activities,such as cardiovascular protection,nervous system function,anti-inflammatory,anti-lipid synthesis,anti-diabetes,anti-tumor and other biological activities. This article summarizes the biological activity and its mechanism of PPT by searching the literature related to PPT so as to provide a certain theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of PPT.
