摘要
水平墩顶转体是上跨既有线重要的施工方式之一,不仅降低了转体结构配重,降低转体牵引力,还缩短了既有线上施工作业时间,提高了转体过程安全可控性。以水曹铁路上跨迁曹铁路特大桥为例,针对其所进行的水平墩顶转体的试转过程,进行过程总结和数据分析,既为本工程正式转体提供了试验数据,也为同类桥梁施工提供试验数据和实践经验。
The horizontal pier-top rotation is one of the most important construction methods of the upper span existing line,which not only reduces the weight of the rotating structure and the traction force of the rotating body,but also shortens the construction time on the existing line,and improves the safety and control of the rotating process.This paper takes the huge bridge on the Shuicao railway across the Qiancao railway as an example,summarizes the process and analyzes the data of the trial of the horizontal pier-top turning body,which not only provides the test data for the formal turning body of the project,but also provides the test data and practical experience for the construction of similar bridges.
