摘要
使用PAFSC-PAM复合絮凝剂对浙江某制药废水调节池出水原水进行絮凝实验,考察了复合絮凝剂在处理制药废水的过程中、温度、投加量、转速、pH值对絮凝效果的影响。结果表明:使用复合絮凝剂PAFSC-PAM比单独投加PAFSC或PAM具有更好的絮凝效果,并且在最优实验条件(pH值为9、快搅转速为250 r/min、反应温度为40℃及总投加量为160 mg/L)下,对浊度与COD去除率可达97.9%和87.1%。
The compound flocculant PAFSC-PAM was used to flocculate pharmaceutical wastewater, and the influence of the compound flocculant on the flocculating effect and its mechanism during the process of treating pharmaceutical wastewater were investigated. The results show that the compound flocculant PAFSCPAM has better flocculation effect than the single flocculant, and the turbidity and COD removal can reach 97.9% and 87.1% under the optimal experimental conditions(pH 9.0, fast stirring speed 250 r/min, reaction temperature 40 ℃ and total dosage 160 mg/L).
