摘要
本文借鉴教育评估领域基于总结性评估和形成性评估的CIPP评估模式,研究提出了一种基于CIPP的装备保障集成训练全程综合评估模式和基于熵权-模糊层次分析法的集成训练综合评估方法。通过实例验证了评估指标体系的科学性和综合评估模型方法的有效性,为开展装备保障集成训练的任务目标、方案计划、实施过程、整体效能综合评估与持续改进提供了方法指导和技术支持。
Referring to the CIPP evaluation model based on summative evaluation and formative evaluation in the field of education evaluation,this paper proposes a CIPP-based comprehensive evaluation model for the whole process of integrated training of equipment support and a comprehensive evaluation method for integrated training based on entropy weight-fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.The scientific nature of the evaluation index system and the effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation model method are verified by examples,which provides methodological guidance and technical support for the task objectives,program planning,implementation process,comprehensive evaluation of overall effectiveness and continuous improvement of equipment support integrated training.
