组合型外包钢板连接预制拼装桥墩拟静力试验 被引量:1

Pseudo-static Experimental Study on Prefabricated Assembled Pier with Composite Encased Steel Plate Connection

摘要 组合型外包钢板连接是一种新型预制拼装桥墩连接方式,为了研究组合型外包钢板连接预制拼装桥墩的抗震性能,采用拟静力缩尺模型试验的方法,按照缩尺比1∶3.75设计并加工了3组桥墩试验模型,分别为组合型外包钢板连接非承插式试件、承插式试件及同尺寸对比现浇试件,对承插式、非承插式以及对比现浇试件在水平往复作用下的破坏形态、滞回和骨架曲线、延性、耗能性能、刚度退化和残余变形等进行了对比分析。试验结果表明:组合型外包钢板连接可以增加传统塑性铰区混凝土的约束,使得塑性铰上移,在除钢板区域以外弯矩最大的地方形成塑性铰;组合型外包钢板连接预制拼装桥墩在水平往复荷载作用下,极限荷载和极限位移均比现浇试件有所提高;组合型外包钢板连接虽然屈服位移和极限位移比现浇试件要高,但是延性系数有所降低,依然满足抗震规范对结构延性的要求;承插式连接方案比非承插连接方案具有更好的抗震性能;组合型外包钢板连接预制拼装桥墩抗震性能不弱于现浇桥墩,在设计合理的情况下,可以满足预期抗震性能的要求。 Composite encased steel plate connection is a new type of prefabricated assembled pier connection.In order to study the seismic performance of prefabricated assembled pier with composite encased steel plate connection,3 groups of pier test models(non-socket specimen,socket type specimen and same-sized cast-inplace specimen for contrast)of the connection are designed and processed according to the scale ratio of 1∶3.75 by using the method of pseudo-static scale model test.The failure modes,hysteretic curves,skeleton curves,ductility,energy dissipation performance,stiffness degradation and residual deformation of socket type,non-socket type and cast-in-place specimen for contrast under horizontal reciprocating action are compared and analyzed.The test result shows that(1)the composite steel plate connection can increase the constraint of the concrete in the traditional plastic hinge area,which makes the plastic hinge move up,and form the plastic hinge at the place with the largest bending moment except the steel plate area;(2)the ultimate load and ultimate displacement of the prefabricated bridge pier connected with the composite encased steel plate under the horizontal reciprocating load are higher than those of the cast-in-place specimen;(3)although the yield displacement and ultimate displacement of the composite encased steel plate connection are higher than those of the cast-in-place specimens,the ductility coefficient is reduced,which still meets the requirements of the seismic specification for structural ductility;(4)the socket connection scheme has better seismic performance than the non-socket connection scheme;(5)the seismic performance of the prefabricated assembled piers with composite encased steel plate connection,which can meet the requirements of expected seismic performance under the condition of reasonable design.
