偏置裂隙对爆炸裂纹扩展影响试验与分析 被引量:1

摘要 应用有机玻璃加工含预制裂隙的平板试件,以炮孔中心与预制裂隙中心水平偏置距离L为变量,通过单发8#工业电雷管爆炸加载试件,研究爆炸荷载下不同偏置距离对爆炸裂纹动态扩展的影响规律。实验结果表明,主裂纹分布受有无预制裂隙存在影响较大,A区主裂纹均长和数量整体大于B区;预制裂隙端部对主裂纹的扩展具有一定导向作用;预制裂隙偏置后,入射压缩波与反射拉伸波叠加形成的拉伸应力引起主裂纹末端弯曲;随着偏置距离L的增大,左端翼裂纹长度逐渐减短,右端翼裂纹长度逐渐变长。 PMMA is used to process flat specimens with prefabricated cracks.Taking the offset distance L between the center of the blasthole and the center of the prefabricated crack as a variable,the test piece was explosively loaded by a single-shot 8#industrial electric detonator.The influence of different offset distances on the dynamic propagation of explosive cracks under explosive load is studied.The experimental results show that the distribution of main cracks is greatly affected by the presence or absence of prefabricated cracks.The length and number of main cracks in area A are larger than those in area B.The end of the prefabricated crack has a certain guiding effect on the expansion of the main crack.After the prefabricated crack is biased,the tensile stress formed by the superposition of the incident compression wave and the reflected tensile wave causes the end of the main crack to bend.With the increase of the offset distance L,the length of the left wing crack gradually decreases,and the length of the right wing crack gradually increases.
