摘要
Avellis综合征是一种临床少见的延髓综合征,其主要症状为同侧软腭、咽喉肌麻痹及对侧偏身浅感觉障碍。Avellis综合征常见于延髓梗死患者,病变部位在疑核及脊髓丘脑侧束,椎动脉颅内段狭窄或闭塞是最常见的病因。作者报道2例延髓梗死所致Avellis综合征患者,并对国内文献报道的12例Avellis综合征的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对该组患者的临床特点、影像学表现、病因、治疗及转归情况进行分析总结,以提高临床医师对Avellis综合征的认识。
Avellis syndrome is a rare medullary syndrome.The main symptoms are paralysis of the ipsilateral soft palate and laryngopharyngeal muscles and superficial sensory disturbance on the contralateral side.Avellis syndrome is common in patients with medullary infarction.The lesions are mostly located in nucleus ambiguus and lateral spinal thalamus,and stenosis or occlusion of the intracranial segment of vertebral artery is the most common cause.In this article,the authors reported 2 cases of Avellis syndrome caused by medullary infarction,and retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 12 cases of Avellis syndrome reported in domestic literatures.Clinical characteristics,imaging manifestations,etiology,treatment and prognosis of these cases were analyzed and summarized,so as to improve clinicians′understanding of Avellis syndrome.
