非接触式诊疗系统创新设计研究——以儿童脑炎智能预检系统为例

摘要 在新型冠状病毒疫情爆发语境下,以儿童病毒性脑炎预检系统设计为例思考未来设计与医疗交融的新走向。结合新冠肺炎爆发后出台的与医疗相关的政策、中国新基建发展状况、“非接触式”检测相关技术、“互联网+医疗”的诊疗趋势和医疗产品系统设计趋势等背景,聚焦儿童病毒性脑炎的病症特点、诊断标准、预检阶段的患者需求,结合人工智能、大数据、专家系统等技术与数据对病毒性脑炎预检进行了系统搭建与产品和服务系统设计,对疑似病毒性脑炎的儿童进行有效的跟踪监测。以此为例对设计在“互联网+医疗”时代充当的角色以及其设计对象进行新的思考。 In the con text of the outbreak of the COVID-19,this article takes the design of a child's viral encephalitis pre-detection system as an example to consider the new trend of future design and medical integration.Combined with the background of medical-related policies issued after the outbreak of COVID-19、the developme nt status of Chi na's new in frastructure、"non-con tact"detecti on-related technologies and the diagnosis and treatment trend"magnified"by the epidemic and the trend of medical product system design,focusing on the symptoms of viral encephalitis in children,the diagnostic criteria,and the needs of patients in the pre-detection stage,combined with artificial intelligence,big data,expert system technologies,the system construction and product design are carried out for the pre-detection of viral encephalitis,and the children suspected of viral encephalitis are tracked and monitored effectively.Hope to take this as an example to rethink the role of the design in the era of"Internet+medical"and its design objects.
