摘要
目的:制订10种土壤中有机磷农药的残留测定方法。方法:微波萃取方法提取,固相小柱净化获得土壤的样品溶液,采用安捷伦DB-608毛细管色谱柱,检测器是火焰光度检测仪器,分析土壤中速灭磷、甲拌磷、二嗪磷、异稻瘟净、甲基对硫磷、杀螟硫磷、溴硫磷、水胺硫磷、稻丰散和杀扑磷十种有机磷农药残留。结果:上述建立的气相色谱方法测定10种有机磷农药残留,检测限在0.045~0.312μg/L区间。计算回收率范围是86.5~94.9%,RSD范围是0.72~8.63%。结论:建立微波萃取方法提取,气相色谱仪测定土壤中10种有机磷农药残留方法,线性范围良好,同时具有较好的精密度和加样回收率,具有一定的研究意义。
Objective To develop 10 methods for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in soil.Method;Microwave extraction method extraction,solid phase small column purification to obtain the soil sample solution,using Agilent DB-608 capillary chromatographic column,the detector is flame photometry as the detection instrument,analysis of the soil in the soil phosprosium,phorate,diazinon,Residues of ten organophosphorus pesticides:Isomapyrin,methyl parathion,fenthion,bromphos,hydrocarbophos,Daofengsan and parathion.Results The gas chromatography method established above was used to determine the residues of 10 organophosphorus pesticides,and the detection limit was in the interval of 0.045~0.312μg/L.The calculated recovery rate range is 86.5~94.9%,and the RSD range is 0.72~8.63%.Conclusion The establishment of a microwave extraction method and a gas chromatograph for the determination of ten organophosphorus pesticide residues in soil have a good linear range,good precision and sample recovery rate,which has certain research significance.
