摘要
目的:检测晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者化疗前后外周血髓源性抑制细胞(MDSCs)的表达比例,分析其在化疗疗效评估中的临床意义。方法:应用流式细胞技术,检测33例晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者化疗前后外周血MDSCs表达比例,分析其变化趋势。结果:晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者外周血MDSCs的表达比例与患者性别、年龄、手术史、化疗史及癌种不相关(P>0.05)。化疗无效组患者化疗后外周血MDSCs比例较化疗前增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗控制组患者化疗后外周血MDSCs比例较化疗前减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。依据ROC曲线模型,化疗后外周血MDSCs的表达比例可作为患者疗效的判断指标(AUC=0.814,P<0.05)。结论:晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者外周血MDSCs的表达比例可作为化疗疗效的重要监测指标。
Objective:To detect the proportion of myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)in peripheral blood of patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer before and after chemotherapy,and to analyze its clinical significance in the evaluation of chemotherapy effect.Methods:The proportion of MDSCs in peripheral blood of 33 patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer were detected by flow cytometry before and after chemotherapy.Results:The proportion of MDSCs in peripheral blood of patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer are not correlated with patients′sex,age,operation history,chemotherapy history and cancer types(P>0.05).After chemotherapy,the proportion of MDSCs in peripheral blood of the patients in the chemotherapy-ineffective group is higher than that before chemotherapy,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05),and the proportion of MDSCs in peripheral blood of the patients in the chemotherapy-controlled group is lower than that before chemotherapy,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Based on the ROC curve model,the proportion of MDSCs in peripheral blood after chemotherapy can be used as an indicator of chemotherapy efficacy(AUC=0.814,P<0.05).Conclusion:The proportion of MDSCs in peripheral blood of patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer can be used as an important index to monitor the efficacy of chemotherapy.
