探析15号煤层回采工作面坚硬顶板预裂软化技术

摘要 近来在采煤工作中,国内外都有一个至今都无法解决的难题,关于采煤工作面坚硬顶板难以垮落的问题。在开采坚硬顶板的时候,采空区容易形成巨大面积的悬顶,会导致大面积的顶板在极短的时间内坍塌掉落,对工作人员的安全有着巨大的威胁。因此为了更好的解决这一风险,我们组建了15号煤层首采工作面坚硬顶板预裂软化方案的项目组,主要目的就是通过现代技术防止该类事件的发生,加强采煤人员的安全保障。 Recently,in the coal mining work,there is a difficult problem at home and abroad that can’t be solved up to now,that is,it is difficult for the hard roof of the coal mining face to collapse.When mining hard roof,it is easy to form a large area of suspended roof in goaf,which will cause a large area of roof to collapse and fall in a very short time,and pose a great threat to the safety of workers.Therefore,in order to better solve this risk,we set up the project team of the hard roof presplitting and softening scheme in the first mining face of No.15 coal seam.The main purpose is to prevent the occurrence of such incidents through modern technology and strengthen the safety of coal miners.
