实验用水中硅含量对砷、汞等元素测定的影响

摘要 研究了基体溶液中Si(以SiO_(2)计)含量为0.01 mg/L和0.02 mg/L时,11种金属元素含量的测定会否受到影响。用ICP-AES法对不同硅含量基体溶液的标准样品进行测定,并从标准曲线和浓度值两个方面进行考察。研究发现Si含量对砷As、钡Ba、镉Cd、铬Cr、铁Fe、汞Hg、镍Ni、铅Pb、锑Sb、硒Se和锌Zn检测的影响很小,浓度测定结果的RSD均小于1%。实验室用水中可溶性硅(以SiO_(2)计)含量的测定需要用到铂金坩埚(铂皿)这类贵重设备,此次研究可进行替代。 The project studied whether the determination of the content of 11 metal elements will be affected when the content of Si(calculated as SiO_(2))in the matrix solution was 0.01 mg/L and 0.02 mg/L.ICP-AES method was used to determine the standard samples of different silicon content matrix solutions,and to investigate from the standard curve and concentration value.The study found that the Si content had little effect on the detection of As,Ba,Cd,Cr,Fe,Hg,Ni,Pb,Sb,Se and Zn.RSDof the concentration measurement results were all less than 1%.The determination of the content of soluble silicon(calculated as SiO_(2))in laboratory water required the use of precious equipment such as platinum crucibles(platinum dishes),which can be substituted for this study.
