摘要
目的改进工作场所空气中磷化氢的测定方法,使测定步骤更加精确,测量结果更加准确。方法在天津铁路疾病预防控制中心实验室环境及仪器现有条件下,使用UVmini-1240紫外可见分光光度计、各个量程的容量瓶及电热恒温水浴锅、水银温度计,使用磷酸二氢根标准物质转换系数进行实验测定,配制实验所需吸收液及各个实验所需溶液。用酸性高锰酸钾溶液采集空气中的磷化氢,生成的磷酸及酸性钼酸铵和氯化亚锡反应生成磷钼蓝,在680 nm波长下测量吸光度,进行定量。结果改进后的方法更加便于操作,使得结果更加准确。测定范围在0.02~0.70μg/ml,标准曲线回归方程为y=0.113x+0.010,相关系数r=0.999 9。最低检出限为0.02μg/ml。结论本方法适用于工作场所空气中磷化氢浓度的测定。
Objective To improve the determination method of phosphine in the air of workplace,so that the determination step was more accurate and the measurement results are more accurate.Methods Under the existing conditions of laboratory environment and instruments of the Disease Prevention and Control Institute of Tianjin Railway,UVmini-1240 ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer,volumetric flasks of various ranges,electric thermostatic water bath,mercury thermometer were used,and conversion coefficient of dihydrogen phosphate reference material were used for experimental determination,and absorption solution and solution for each experiment were prepared.To collect phosphine in the air with an acidic potassium permanganate solution.The phosphoric acid reacted with acidic ammonium molybdate and stannous chloride generated phosphomolybdenum blue.The absorbance was measured at 680 nm wavelength for quantification.Results The improved method was more convenient to operate and made the results more accurate.The measurement range was 0.02-0.70 μg/ml.The regression equation of the standard curve was y=0.113 x+0.010,and the correlation coefficient was r=0.999 9.The lowest detection limit was 0.02 μ,g/ml.Conclusion This method was suitable for the determination of phosphine concentration in the air of the workplace.
