摘要
近几年,我国开始大力推行提高装配率和装配式项目的百分率,但实际调研发现2个百分率并没有显著提高,根本原因在于质量问题难以突破.基于此,通过大量文献研究和专家访谈,识别出影响装配式建筑质量的因素,运用UCINET6软件进行社会网络分析,分析各影响因素之间的关联性.研究发现:质量意识、构件深化设计、施工组织设计和施工方案是影响装配式建筑质量的关键影响因素.针对这些关键影响因素提出了相应的质量保证措施.
In recent years,China has begun to vigorously promote the assembly rate and the percentage of assembly items,but the actual investigation shows that the two percentages have not significantly improved.The fundamental reason is that the quality problem is difficult to break through.Therefore,through a large number of literature research and expert interviews,this paper identifies the factors that affect the quality of fabricated buildings,uses UCINET6 software for social network analysis,and analyzes the correlation among the influencing factors.It is found that quality awareness,component deepening design,construction organization design and construction scheme are the key factors affecting the quality of prefabricated buildings.The corresponding quality assurance measures are proposed for these key influencing factors.
