摘要
数字孪生是针对复杂产品多物理、多尺度、多领域集成的高保真度仿真,能够对物理世界进行忠实映射及交互融合。随着大数据、工业互联网以及数字化设计技术的融合与发展,数字孪生在复杂产品与系统中的应用潜力得到越来越多的关注。针对卫星星座系统规模庞大且技术多样,设计难度大等问题,探索数字孪生在卫星星座系统设计中的应用。首先对数字孪生的概念、应用及技术发展进行了总结分析,基于数字孪生理论,提出了基于数字孪生的卫星星座系统应用框架;然后分析了应用实施过程中的需突破的关键技术与问题;最后基于统一标准,展示了卫星星座系统数字孪生模型的多领域集成建模,为未来数字孪生在卫星星座系统中的进一步落地应用提供理论与方法参考。
Digital twin is a high-fidelity simulation for multi-physics,multi-scale and multi-domain integration of complex products,which maps and interactively integrates the physical world faithfully.With the integration and development of big data,industrial Internet and digital design technology,the digital twins application in products and systems has been paid more and more attention.The application of digital twins in the design of satellite constellation systems is explored considering the large-scale,technology diversity and difficulty of satellite constellation systems design.Firstly,the concept,application and technical development of digital twin are summarized and analyzed.Based on the theory of digital twin,the application framework of satellite constellation system based on digital twin is proposed;then the key technologies in application and implementation are analyzed.Finally,based on the unified standard,the multi-domain integrated modeling of the digital twin model of the satellite constellation system is demostrated,which provides theoretical and methodological reference for the further application of the digital twin in the satellite constellation system.
