摘要
为了解决济源市济渎泉流量衰减及断流问题,从济源市工业布局、地下水的开采、济源盆地降水及地表水资源利用等方面剖析济渎泉水衰减原因。衰减结果归纳为:(1)工业布局影响地下水的补给;(2)在补给区和补给径流区大量开采地下水;(3)降水量及引沁水量减少。根据衰减原因分析,从济渎泉泉域的水文地质条件、水资源的分布及水利工程建设情况等方面,提出济渎泉水复流措施:(1)合理使用济源水资源;(2)充分利用区外水资源增加地下水补给;(3)严格实行用水总量控制;(4)水务管理一体化。本研究对济水源头水系保护开发、黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展具有重要意义。
In order to solve the problem of flow attenuation and cutoff of Jidu Spring in Jiyuan City,this paper analyzed the reasons for the attenuation of Jidu Spring from the aspects of industrial layout,groundwater exploitation,precipitation in Jiyuan Basin and utilization of surface water resources.The reasons of attenuation can be summarized as follows:(1)The industrial layout affected the recharge of groundwater;(2)A large amount of groundwater had been exploited in the recharge and recharge runoff areas;(3)Precipitation and water diversion from Qin river decreased.According to the analysis of attenuation reasons,in terms of hydrogeological conditions,distribution of water resources and construction of water conservancy projects in the spring area of Jidu Spring,the reflow measures of Jidu Spring were suggested:(1)Rational use of Jiyuan water resources;(2)Make full use of water resources outside the region to increase groundwater recharge;(3)strictly control the total amount of water;(4)Integrated water management.This study has a great significance to the protection and development of the water system at the source of the Jishui river,ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow river basin.
