摘要
燃油泵是飞机燃油系统的核心部件,也是实现飞机飞行和任务执行的重要保证,长期工作易造成石墨轴承掉块,引发燃油泵工作效率降低或燃油泄漏故障,直接影响发动机输油效率,甚至造成输油中断和空中停车,危及飞机安全。为实现石墨轴承的原位更换,保证装备修理质量,提升产品保障能力,本文对燃油泵的故障机理、石墨轴承的无损分解及装配方法、石墨轴承的配合加工方法以及更换后燃油泵的可靠性试验验证方法进行了分析。
Fuel pump is the core component of aircraft fuel system,and it is also an important guarantee for aircraft flight and mission execution,long-term work can easily cause the graphite bearing to fall off,cause the fuel pump to reduce the efficiency or fuel leakage,directly affect the engine fuel delivery efficiency,and even cause fuel delivery interruption and aerial parking,endangering the safety of the aircraft.In order to realize the in-situ replacement of graphite bearings,ensure the quality of equipment repairs,and improve product support capabilities,this paper analyzed the failure mechanism of fuel pumps,the nondestructive decomposition and assembly methods of graphite bearings,the matching processing methods of graphite bearings,and the reliability test verification method of the fuel pump after replacement.
