双掺矿渣-粉煤灰对轻骨料混凝土耐久性影响试验研究

摘要 为缓解沿海地区混凝土结构受冻融循环及硫酸盐侵蚀复合作用而发生耐久性破坏的情况,本文通过改变矿渣及粉煤灰的相对掺量,对不同掺量比例的粉煤灰-矿渣型混凝土进行冻融循环与硫酸盐侵蚀试验研究,探究混凝土的质量损失率及抗压强度损伤劣化规律。结果表明:掺加一定量的粉煤灰对混凝土抗冻性能具有良好促进作用,但比例较高会降低其抗冻性,严寒环境中不利于高掺量粉煤灰混凝土应用;矿渣对于混凝土抗冻性能的提高具有促进作用;混凝土试件的质量损失率及抗压强度损失率在同浓度硫酸盐溶液中随着粉煤灰、矿渣粉的增加呈现先减小后增加的趋势,研究成果可为冻融-硫酸盐侵蚀复合环境下轻骨料混凝土工程质量控制和耐久性评价提供理论依据。 In order to alleviate the durability damage of concrete structures in coastal areas due to the combined action of freeze-thaw cycle and sulfate attack,this paper studied the freeze-thaw cycle and sulfate corrosion of fly ash slag concrete with different proportion by changing the relative content of slag and fly ash,and explored the quality loss rate and compressive strength damage deterioration law of concrete.The results show that:adding a certain amount of fly ash can promote the frost resistance of concrete,but a higher proportion will reduce its frost resistance,which is not conducive to the application of high content fly ash concrete in severe cold environment;slag can promote the improvement of concrete frost resistance;the mass loss rate and compressive strength loss rate of concrete specimens in the same concentration of sulfate solution change with the increase of concrete frost resistance The results can provide a theoretical basis for the quality control and durability evaluation of concrete engineering under the combined environment of freeze-thaw-sulfate attack.
