摘要
校园安全是高校做好人才培养、社会服务、科学研究的重要基石。面对纷繁复杂的内外部局势,高校安全工作愈加繁重,消防安全问题已成为近年来社会及高校关注的焦点。各省市教育主管部门定期组织对高校开展消防安全考核,从平衡计分卡的管理要点出发,分析了将平衡计分卡应用于高校消防安全工作评价的可行性,探讨基于平衡计分卡的高校消防安全评价体系设计。
Campus security is an important cornerstone for colleges and universities to do a good job in personnel training,social service and scientific research.Facing the complicated internal and external situation,the safety work of colleges and universities is becoming more and more heavy,and there are many accidents.Among them,the fire safety has become the focus of the society and colleges in recent years.The competent departments of education in various provinces and cities regularly organize fire safety assessment for colleges and universities.Starting from the management points of Balanced Scorecard,the feasibility of Applying Balanced Scorecard to fire safety evaluation in Colleges and universities is analyzed,and the design of fire safety evaluation system based on Balanced Scorecard is discussed.
