摘要
针对岩滩水电站2号机调速器设备老化且不满足国家能源局有关的“二十五项反措”中“失电动作”的要求,进行了原因分析及升级改造,文章对改造后符合“失电动作”规则,新增加的蠕动报警功能、对时及自动水头采集功能,实现导叶开度测量三选二、功率测量二选二逻辑,支持IEC 61850 MMS网络通信以及对改造后待优化问题及解决措施等进行了详细介绍。经实践证明,改造取得了良好的效果,为机组的安全运行打下了坚实的基础,也为水电站调速器电气部分升级改造提供了宝贵的借鉴经验。
In view of the aging of governor equipment of No.2 unit of Yantan Hydropower Station and the failure to meet the requirements of "power loss action" in "twenty five counter measures",the cause analysis and upgrading are carried out,and the rule of "power loss action" is complied with after the transformation.In this paper,the newly added creeping alarm function,time synchronization and automatic water head acquisition function,the realization of two out of three logic for guide vane opening measurement and two out of two logic for power measurement,the support of IEC 61850 MMS network communication,and the problems to be optimized and solutions after transformation are introduced in detail.The practice shows that the transformation has achieved good results,laid a solid foundation for the safe operation of the unit,and also provided valuable experience for the upgrading of the electrical part of the governor of hydropower station.
