摘要
随着城镇化进程的推进与国家土地政策的日益紧缩,变电站占地指标的优劣性极大地影响工程的造价。高原变电站中,330 kV HGIS配电装置采用双层出线技术后,母线跨度较大,配电装置区域占地面积增加,提高了工程的经济投入与占地面积。通过对330 kV HGIS配电装置双层出线构架进行结构选型与计算优化设计,采取构架模型建立、受力分析、结构设计、实例工程验证等步骤进行优化分析,得到对传统330 kV HGIS配电装置布置形式的创新需求,满足了节约经济成本与减少征地面积的需求,对高原变电站的设计布置提供软技术支撑。
With the advancement of urbanization process and the promulgation of national land policy,the substation land occupation index greatly affect the project cost.The application of the 330 kV GIS power distribution device double outlet technology in the high altitude substation result in large bus span and the distribution device area and so the increased economic investment and land occupation area of the project.In this paper,by the structural selection and optimized calculation of the double layer outgoing line frame design of 330 kV GIS power distribution device,a series work are done such as framework model establishment,stress analysis,spatial structure calculation,case engineering verification and others,the innovation of traditional 330 kV GIS distribution device layout form is proposed,which greatly meets the requirements in economic cost saving and land acquisition area reduction,and provide soft technical support for the plateau power transformation design and layout.
