摘要 铝合金件经热处理后,检测其硬度、导电率等性能,以此反映该产品的质量。但在生产过程中,因受到人为条件、设备因素、材料组织和热处理工艺参数的影响,材料性能存在波动,有些指标会不合格。对2024、7075铝包覆板在不同时效保温时间、不同淬火转移时间下进行对比试验。结果表明,改变淬火转移时间还是改变时效保温时间都对纯铝包覆板的硬度影响不大,铝包覆板的硬度都无法达到验收值。追溯其原材料,纯铝包覆占比越大,形成的氧化铝越厚,压痕越深,硬度就越低。采用化学方法去除铝包覆层后,在裸铝上测试硬度,均达到裸铝硬度的验收值。 After heat treatment, the hardness and conductivity of aluminum alloy parts are tested to reflect the quality of the product. However, in the production process, due to the influence of artificial conditions, equipment factors, material structure and heat treatment process parameters, the properties of materials fluctuate, and some indexes will not be up to standard. The comparative tests of 2024 and 7075 aluminum coated plates were carried out under different aging holding time and quenching transfer time. The results show that, changing quenching transfer time or aging holding time has little effect on the hardness of pure aluminum coating plate. The hardness of the aluminum clad plate cannot reach the acceptance value.Tracing back to its raw materials, the larger the proportion of pure aluminum coating, the thicker the alumina forms, the deeper the indentation, the lower the hardness. After removing the aluminum coating layer by the chemical method, the hardness is tested on the bare aluminum, and the acceptance value of the bare aluminum hardness is reached.
