摘要
探索应用型翻译人才培养模式逐步成为服务国家和地方经济的必要举措,地方高校,尤其是民办高校应以适应国家对翻译专业的人才需求为导向,突出学生的学习主动性,既重理论,也强调实战,以培养技能型、应用型翻译人才为目标,宏观规划、动态优化人才培养方案及模式,规避人才培养趋同化.
The development of a proper talent supply mode of adequate translators and interpreters has become essential to the economic progress,national and local.To satisfy the country's demand of translators and interpreters,local colleges and universities,especially the privately funded ones should distinguish themselves and avoid sameness by encouraging the students'initiative in learning,including practice in the schedule and by comprehensively designing and constantly updating their talent cultivation plan or mode,aiming to turn out professional and pragmatic translators and interpreters.
