摘要
文章的目的在于回收铝灰中氧化铝。探索了以铝电解生产过程废弃物铝灰为原料,通过酸碱联合法制备出Al2O3工艺,研究了盐酸浓度、液固比、氢氧化钠浓度、酸浸温度和碱浸温度对氧化铝回收率的影响。结果表明:优化制备条件为盐酸浓度5 mol/L、酸浸液固比为20 ml/g、氢氧化钠浓度2 mol/L、酸浸温度85℃、碱浸温度50℃。为回收有害物质铝灰生产高附加值产品奠定了坚实基础。
The main aim of this paper is to recover alumina from aluminum dross.The cleaning production technology of alumina with acid and alkali combination method was explored by using aluminum dross as a raw material.A series of experiments have been done to study the influence of various parameters of hydrochloric acid concentration,liquid-to-solid ratio,sodium hydroxide concentration and leaching temperature on the recovery of alumina.The results indicate that the optimum conditions of the hydrochloric acid leaching process are as follows:hydrochloric acid concentration:5mol/L,liquid-to-solid ratio:20 ml/g and leaching temperature:85℃.Aluminum hydroxide was dissolved under optimum conditions of 50℃and sodium hydroxide concentration of 2mol/L.This work is useful for high value-added products from recycling hazardous aluminum dross.
