摘要
目的在孕妇彩超检查时对其实施人性化护理干预,观察其应用效果。方法选择2018年2月-2019年2月之间在医院实施彩超检查的孕妇190例为研究对象,随机将其分成观察组95例与对照组95例,其中对照组孕妇给予常规护理干预,观察组在其基础上给予人性化护理干预,对比两组孕妇在检查中的配合度、舒适度与护理满意度。结果观察组孕妇配合度明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇舒适度明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇护理满意度明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在孕妇彩超检查时对其实施人性化护理干预,可有效提升孕妇在检查中的配合度,改善孕妇舒适度,同时有利于提升孕妇对护理工作的满意度。
Objective Humanized nursing interventions were performed on pregnant women during color Doppler ultrasound examination,and the effect of their application was observed.Methods A total of 190 pregnant women who underwent color Doppler ultrasound examinations in our hospital between February 2018 and February 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into the observation group with 95 cases and the control group with 95 cases.The control group pregnant women were given routine nursing intervention and The group gave humanized nursing intervention on the basis of it,and compared the two groups of pregnant women in the examination with the degree of cooperation,comfort and nursing satisfaction.Results The cooperation degree of pregnant women in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).The comfort of pregnant women in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of pregnant women in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing interventions for pregnant women during color Doppler ultrasound examinations can effectively improve the cooperation of pregnant women in the examination,improve the comfort of pregnant women,and help improve the satisfaction of pregnant women in nursing work.
