不同剂量地佐辛对患者麻醉深度的影响及安全性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究主要对不同剂量的地佐辛的麻醉深度以及其安全性进行研究分析,从而确定最佳的麻醉剂量。方法研究中所抽取的病例均来自于医院在2019年2-12月期间收治的需要手术治疗的患者60例,通过随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组,且均由30例患者所组成,比较两组患者不同时间点的麻醉深度,比较两组患者的不同时间段的心肺功能及不良反应的发生率。结果OAAS评分与Narcotrend指数:观察组患者和对照组患者T_(3)~T_(4)之间,P<0.05;心率水平、呼吸水平、SpO_(2):观察组和对照组患者T_(2)~T_(4)之间,P<0.05;观察组患者的不良反应的发生概率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论通过小剂量的地佐辛进行术中麻醉,可以满足手术中要求的麻醉深度,心肺功能也没有受到明显影响,不良反应的发生概率较低,具有较高的安全性。 Objective In this study,the depth of anesthesia and safety of different doses of dezocine were studied and analyzed to determine the best anesthetic dose.Methods The cases selected in this study were all from 60 patients who needed surgical treatment admitted in our hospital from February to December 2019.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.And all consisted of 30 patients.The depth of anesthesia of the two groups of patients at different time points was compared,and the cardiopulmonary function and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients at different time periods were compared.Results OAAS score and narcotrend index:between T_(3)~T_(4) in observation group and control group,P<0.05;heart rate,respiratory level,SpO_(2):between T_(2)~T_(4) in observation group and control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Intraoperative anesthesia with a small dose of dezocine can meet the required depth of anesthesia during the operation,and the cardiopulmonary function is not significantly affected.The incidence of adverse reactions is low.
