摘要
建立科学合理的科研工作量评价体系,对高校教师的科研工作进行登记、核实、评价,是高校对教师进行绩效考核的重要依据,是对科研成果进行综合管理的重要内容。利用Excel电子表格的计算、统计、分析功能,建立统计更全面、视觉更直观、操作更简便的科研工作量统计表格,对科研工作量进行量化、统计、汇总,实现科研工作量评价体系的实践应用,能够提高科研成果管理的信息化水平。
Establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of scientific research workload,registering,verifying,and evaluating the scientific research work of teachers is an important basis for the performance evaluation of teachers in colleges and universities and an important part of the comprehensive management of scientific research results.Using the calculation,statistics,and analysis functions of Excel spreadsheets to establish statistical tables of scientific research workload that are more comprehensive statistics,more intuitive,and easier to operate,and realize the quantification,statistics and summarization of scientific research workload,can realize the practical application of the evaluation system of scientific research workload,and improve the information-based level in the management of scientific research results.
