多煤层开采工作面动载分布特征及防治对策 被引量:2

摘要 为降低多煤层开采矿井工作面回采过程中围岩动力灾害危险,通过数据分析、数值模拟等方法进行动载分布特征研究。结果表明,工作面动载分布具有区域性特征,回采初期工作面中下部和区段煤柱为强动载区域,回采至上煤层采空区边界影响范围时,工作面中下部、区段煤柱和回风巷围岩为强动载区域。针对动载分布区域,提出了顶板超前预裂爆破、巷道切顶、煤柱切顶、煤体和煤柱卸压爆破等防治对策。 In order to reduce the dynamic hazard of surrounding rock during the stoping process of multi-coal mining wells,the dynamic load distribution characteristics were studied by data analysis,numerical simulation and other methods.The results showed that the dynamic load distribution of the working face had regional characteristics.The coal pillars in the middle and lower parts of the working face were strong dynamic load areas at the initial stage of mining.When the coal pillars in the middle and lower parts of the working face were affected by the boundary of the upper coal seam,the surrounding rock of return airway lane was a strong dynamic load area.In view of the dynamic load distribution area,preventive measures such as advanced pre-splitting blasting of the roof,roof cutting of roadways,roof cutting of coal pillars,pressure relief blasting of coal bodies and coal pillars were proposed.
