摘要
利用Aspen Plus软件对三氟乙酰氯水解生产三氟乙酸的工艺开展模拟。借助数据库数据绘制了HCl和H_(2)O、CF_(3)COOH和H_(2)O以及HCl和CF_(3)COOH的二元相图。根据相图差异,采用“粗分离-共沸精馏-解析精馏”工艺,获得高纯度三氟乙酸产品和达标氯化氢尾气。模拟结果与试验数据一致,通过计算对工艺进行优化,确定工艺参数以及明确工艺路线。
Simulating the hydrolysis of trifluoroacetyl chloride to trifluoroacetic acid by Aspen Plus.Drawing the binary phase diagrams of HCl and H_(2)O,CF_(3)COOH and H_(2)O,as well as HCl and CF_(3)COOH with the help of database data.According to the difference of phase diagram,using"rough separation-azeotropic distillation-resolution"process to obtain high purity trifluoroacetic acid product and the standard hydrogen chloride tail gas.The simulation results are consistent with the experimental data.Optimizing the process by calculation to determine the process parameters and process route.
