摘要
目的分析结直肠癌肝转移患者接受腹腔镜同期同切口手术治疗的效果。方法研究对象为方便选取该院2018年1月—2019年12月收治的60例接受手术治疗的结直肠癌肝转移患者,通过数字随机表法将其分成两组,对照组与实验组各30例,对照组选择腹腔镜下分期不同切口治疗,实验组则选择腹腔镜下同期同切口治疗,观察分析手术治疗效果。结果实验组的出血量为(35.52±5.34)mL,明显少于对照组的(61.33±9.81)mL,比较差异有统计学意义(t=12.657,P<0.001)。实验组的术后首次排气时间为(24.77±5.65)h,术后住院时间为(10.22±3.52)d,均明显短于对照组的(28.83±6.65)h、(12.75±4.43)d,比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.548、2.449,P=0.014、0.017)。对照组、实验组的术后并发症发生率分别为10.0%、3.3%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.268,P=0.605)。结论选择腹腔镜下同期同切口手术治疗结直肠癌肝转移患者,能让出血量明显减少,并让术后首次排气时间、术后住院时间均明显缩短,促进患者术后及早康复,而且术后并发症发生风险较低,具有较高的安全性,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic surgery on patients with liver metastases from colorectal cancer.Methods The subjects conveniently selected were 60 patients with liver metastases from colorectal cancer who underwent surgical treatment and were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.They were divided into two groups by the number random table method,the control group and the experimental group each of 30 cases,the control group chose laparoscopic staged different incision treatment,while the experimental group chose laparoscopic treatment with the same incision at the same time to observe and analyze the effect of surgical treatment.Results The bleeding volume of the experimental group was(35.52±5.34)mL,which was significantly less than that of the control group(61.33±9.81)mL.The difference was statistically significant(t=12.657,P<0.001).The first postoperative exhaust time of the experimental group was(24.77±5.65)h,and the postoperative hospital stay was(10.22±3.52)d,which were significantly shorter than the control group’s(28.83±6.65)h and(12.75±4.43)d.The difference was statistically significant(t=2.548、2.449,P=0.014、0.017).The postoperative complication rates of the control group and the experimental group were 10.0%and 3.3%,respectively,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.268,P=0.605).Conclusion The choice of laparoscopic surgery for patients with liver metastases from colorectal cancer with the same incision at the same time can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding,and significantly shorten the time of first exhaust after surgery and the length of hospital stay after surgery,promote early recovery after surgery,and the risk of postoperative complications is low,with high safety and clinical promotion value.
