摘要
目的探究对护生中医护理适宜技术采取思维导图教学法的作用。方法回顾性选取2018年1月—2019年11月进入该院实习的50名护生作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将护生随机分为对照组(25名)和观察组(25名),对照组采取常规教学方法,观察组于对照组基础上联合使用思维导图教学法,对比两组护生教学效果、教学满意度以及教学前后护理评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)得分状况。结果观察组护生教学总优良率、对教学工作满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组护生教学前CTDI-CV得分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教学后两组护生CTDI-CV得分均有所提升,且观察组护生CTDI-CV得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护生中医护理技术教学中,采用思维导图教学法效果显著,可有效提高护生中医护理技术水平及护理批判性思维能力,且护生对教学满意度高。
Objective To explore the role of mind map teaching method for nursing students with appropriate techniques of Chinese medicine nursing.Methods Retrospectively selected 50 nursing students who entered the hospital for internship from January 2018 to November 2019 as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the nursing students were randomly divided into a control group(25 nursing students)and an observation group(25 nursing students);the control group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the observation group used the mind map teaching method based on the control group to compare the two groups of nursing students'teaching effect,teaching satisfaction,and the scores of the Nursing Critical Thinking Ability Scale(CTDI-CV)before and after teaching situation.Results The total good rate teaching efficiency and satisfaction with teaching work of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the CTDI-CV scores of the two groups of nursing students before teaching(P>0.05).The CTDI-CV scores of nursing students in the group increased,and the CTDI-CV scores of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology for nursing students,the use of mind map teaching method has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the nursing technical level and critical thinking ability of nursing students in traditional Chinese medicine,and the high degree of satisfaction with teaching of nursing students is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
