摘要
目的了解吉林市老年人对康复辅助设备需要情况,提供有效证据以有效满足老年服务需求,并为政府制定或修正相关政策提供有效建议或大数据支持。方法于2019年6—9月采用便利抽样法选取吉林市丰满区、船营区和龙潭区3个城区,6个社区的166名老年人,现场填写问卷,调查吉林市老年人对康复辅助器具的使用及需求情况。结果吉林市老年人使用康复辅助器具的人数比例为41.57%,需要辅助器具的人数比例为64.46%;63.25%的老年人需要最高的是日常生活类老年康复辅助器具;62.65%的老年人需要辅助器具用来做家务;61.45%的老人希望获得辅助器具的方式是自己购买。结论吉林市老年人康复辅助器具的使用率不高,对康复辅助器具的需求很高;对辅助器具目的的选择主要从个人实用和生活辅助的方面进行选择,老年人普遍希望使用专业适配度高且性价比强的康复辅助器具。
Objective To understand the needs of the elderly in Jilin City for rehabilitation aids,provide effective evidence to effectively meet the needs of elderly services,and provide effective suggestions or big data support for the government to formulate or modify related policies.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 166 elderly people in 6 communities in 3 urban areas and 6 communities in Fengman District from June to September 2019,Chuanying District and Longtan District of Jilin City,and filled out questionnaires on the spot to investigate the use and demand of rehabilitation assistive devices by the elderly in Jilin City.Results The proportion of elderly people in Jilin City who used rehabilitation assistive devices was 41.57%,and the proportion of people who needed assistive devices devices was 64.46%;63.25%of the elderly needed the most daily rehabilitation aids for the elderly;62.65%of the elderly needed assistive devices for housework;61.45%of the elderly hope to obtain assistive devices by buying them themselves.Conclusion The use rate of rehabilitation assistive devices for the elderly in Jilin City is not high,and there is a high demand for rehabilitation assistive devices;the purpose of assistive devices is mainly selected from the aspects of personal practicality and daily life assistance.The elderly generally hope to use professional fitness and cost-effective rehabilitation aids.
