摘要
目的研究行为干预对乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后自我管理和生活质量的影响。方法根据随机数字表法将2018年10月—2019年12月期间该院接收的乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者62例分为两组,对照组31例实施常规护理干预,观察组31例加用行为干预。将两组的血糖水平、术后自我管理评分、生活质量评分进行对比。结果观察组患者干预1个月后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后自我管理评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者实施行为干预有助于控制血糖水平,能促进术后自我管理评分、生活质量评分的提高。
Objective To study the effect of behavioral intervention on postoperative self-management and quality of life in patients with breast cancer and diabetes.Methods According to the random number table method,62 patients with breast cancer and diabetes mellitus received in the hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were divided into two groups.31 cases in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and 31 cases in the observation group received behavioral intervention.The blood glucose levels,postoperative self-management scores,and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group's fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels after 1 month of intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's postoperative self-management scores and quality of life scores were both higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Behavioral intervention in breast cancer patients with diabetes can help control blood glucose levels,and promote postoperative self-management scores and quality of life scores.
