摘要
加入不同掺量(0~0.6%)的6 mm聚丙烯纤维(PP纤维),对碱矿渣泡沫混凝土砌块(AFC)进行改性,通过抗压强度、干密度、吸水率、干燥收缩、裂纹长度率和孔结构研究改性的效果。研究结果表明:随着PP纤维掺量的增加,孔径大小分布和孔圆度值都得到改善,但由于孔隙率的增加为主导因素,AFC的抗压强度和干、湿密度下降;相较于未掺PP纤维的AFC,掺入PP纤维的AFC的内部连通孔和贯穿孔的数量增多,其吸水率增大;PP纤维在AFC形成内部支撑且限制裂纹的发展,AFC干燥收缩下降,其裂纹长度率也大幅度降低。
The alkali-activated slag foamed concrete block(AFC)was modified by different dosages(0~0.6%)of 6 mm polypropylene fiber(PP fiber).The modification effect was explored by means of compressive strength,dry density,water absorption,dry shrinkage,length crack rate and pore structure.The experimental result showed that with the increase of 6 PP fiber dosage,although the pore size distribution and pore roundness value were improved,the compressive strength and dry,wet density of AFC decreased due to the dominated factor of the increasing porosity.Compared with the AFC without PP fiber,the AFC with PP fiber has more number of intercommunicating pores and through holes,resulting in an increase in the water absorption of AFC.The PP fiber forms an internal support and limits the development of cracks,resulting in a decrease in drying shrinkage and limiting the development of cracks,and the crack length rate of AFC is also greatly reduced.
