高聚物注浆技术在石拉渊拦河闸除险加固工程中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 高聚物注浆是一项新型防渗技术,具有机械化程度高,设备机动灵活、占地少,无污染等优点,近年来逐渐在水库、堤坝、泵站等水利除险加固项目得到广泛应用。为研究高聚物防渗墙相关防渗性能效果,充分确保工程质量,以石拉渊拦河闸除险加固工程为例,采用有限元数值分析方法和AutoBANK v5.1系统、毕肖普法、SAP2000软件和Duncan-Chang非线性模型等方法对高聚物注浆技术的防渗效果、对堤坝稳定的影响、防渗墙抗震抗裂性能进行计算分析。结果表明,高聚物防渗墙防渗效果明显,堤坝整体稳定性好,抗震抗裂性能优良,值得在类似防渗处理工程中进一步推广和应用。 Polymer grouting technology is a new anti-seepage process with a high degree of mechanization,flexible equipment,less land,no pollution and other advantages.It is widely applied gradually in reservoirs,dams,pumping stations and other water conservancy reinforcement projects in recent years.Shilayuan river sluice reinforcement project is adopted as an example in order to study the polymer related anti-seepage diaphragm wall performance effect,and fully ensure the engineering quality.Finite element numerical analysis method and AutoBANK v5.1 system,bishop method,SAP2000 software and nonlinear Duncan-Chang model method are applied to calculate and analyze the anti-seepage effect,the influence on the dam stability and the seismic crack resistance of the polymer grouting technology.The results show that the high polymer impermeable wall has obvious impermeable effect,good overall stability as well as good anti-seismic and crack resistance performance,which is worthy of further popularization and application in similar impermeable treatment projects.
