中小型水库大坝安全监测设施更新改造初探 被引量:10

摘要 为有效解决在役中小型水库大坝安全监测设施普遍存在的建设不完备、自动化程度低及数据有效性不高等突出问题,本文基于国内大坝安全监测相关技术规范和江西省境内数十座水库监测设施更新改造项目,提出监测设施考证评价、优化设计、埋设施工和验收运用等系列改造方法,并以江西省靖安县石马水库为例,详细介绍了监测设施更新改造的实施内容和流程步骤。该项目的有效实施,不仅保障了水库的工程安全和能效发挥,也可为类似中小型水库大坝安全监测设施改造项目工程实践提供借鉴。 A series of renovation methods are proposed in the paper based on the domestic technical specifications related to dam safety monitoring and dozens of reservoir monitoring facilities renovation projects in Jiangxi Province in order to effectively solve the common prominent problems in small and medium-sized reservoir dam safety monitoring facilities in service-incomplete construction of the incomplete,low degree of automation,low data validity,etc.,including monitoring facilities research and evaluation,optimization design,embedding construction and acceptance application,etc.Shima reservoir in Jingan County of Jiangxi Province is adopted as an example for introducing the implementation contents and flow steps of the monitoring facility upgrading.The effective implementation of the project not only ensures the safety and energy efficiency of the reservoir,but also provides a reference for the engineering practice of similar small and medium-sized dam safety monitoring facility renovation projects.
