摘要 针对智能变电站继电保护故障引发一系列电网事故,研究预制舱式智能变电站的继电保护关键环节故障诊断方法。首先对继电保护故障诊断所需数据进行预处理,提出基于广义变比辨识的电流测量回路故障诊断方法,通过建立广义变比状态矩阵,实现对故障的判断。同时研究电子式互感器的突变故障问题,在辨别电子式互感器的故障模式和认知一次系统特点的基础上,提出诊断电子式互感器突变故障的方法。通过对长沙某220 kV预制舱式智能变电站Matlab仿真计算,验证了该方法的有效性,为变电站继电保护故障提供一种简单、高效的在线诊断方法。 Aiming at a series of power network accidents caused by relay protection fault in Intelligent substation,this paper studies the fault diagnosis method of relay protection key link in prefabricated cabin intelligent substation.Firstly,the data needed for fault diagnosis of relay protection are pre-processed,and a fault diagnosis method for current measurement loop based on the identification of generalized transformer ratio is proposed.At the same time,the abrupt fault of electronic transformer is studied.Based on distinguishing the fault mode of electronic transformer and recognizing the characteristics of primary system,the method of diagnosing abrupt fault of electronic transformer is put forward.Through the Matlab simulation of a 220 kV prefabricated cabin intelligent substation in Changsha,the validity of the method is verified,and a simple and efficient on-line diagnosis method for relay protection fault of substation is provided.
