摘要
通过实测530 t特大型真空钢锭的散热条件,根据热平衡建立模型并计算该钢锭的凝固时间和凝固后钢锭表面以及径向温度分布,结果与经验公式和实际生产测量结果吻合。
Through the actual measurement of the heat dissipation conditions of 530 t super-large vacuum ingot,a model has been established based on the heat balance and the solidification time of the ingot and the surface and radial temperature distribution of the solidified ingot have been calculated.The results are consistent with the empirical formula and actual production measurement results.
