水溶性聚己内酰胺磷酸酯盐的制备与性能研究及应用 被引量:4

摘要 为获得具有良好表面活性的水溶性改性聚己内酰胺(PA6),利用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磷酸酯对PA6进行改性。研究了反应物质量比、反应时间、反应温度等工艺条件对产物水溶性、黏度、表面活性、接触角及热稳定性等性能的影响,得到了水溶性PA6合成的最佳工艺条件。使用傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振波谱对产物结构进行表征。利用场发射扫描电镜对碳纤维表面形貌进行表征。结果表明:最佳工艺条件下改性产物热稳定性较好,500℃时未改性PA6几乎完全分解,8102PK的残留率为24.12%,而8102PPAK的残留率达到27.59%;其1%水溶液的表面张力为22.6mN/m,具有良好的表面活性;使用1%乳液对碳纤维上浆处理后,碳纤维与水的接触角达到51.23°,与改性前85°相比,纤维表面亲水性提高。当上浆浓度和施覆量分别在1%和4mg/g时,碳纤维表面形成一层均匀的浆膜,纤维表面粗糙度达到最小,纤维表面的缺陷得到修复。 In order to obtain water-soluble polycaprolactam(PA6)with good surface activity,PA6 was modified with fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene phosphate.The effects of process conditions such as reactant mass ratio,reaction time and reaction temperature on the water solubility,viscosity,surface activity,contact angle and thermal stability of the product were studied.The optimum conditions for the synthesis of PA6 were obtained.The structure of the product was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The surface morphology of carbon fiber was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the thermal stability of the modified products was good under the optimum conditions.At 500℃,the residual rate of unmodified PA6 was almost completely decomposed,the residual rate of 8102 PK was 24.12%,and the residual rate of 8102 PPAK was 27.59%.The minimum surface tension is 22.6 mN/m,and it has good surface activity.After sizing the carbon fibers with a 1 Wt%emulsion,the contact angle between the carbon fibers and water reached 51.23°.Compared with 85°before modification,the hydrophilicity of the fiber surface was improved.When the sizing concentration and application amount were 1 Wt%and 4 mg/g,respectively,a uniform serous film was formed on the surface of carbon fiber.The fiber surface roughness was minimized,and the defects on the fiber surface were repaired.
