Objective To explore the value of combined application of two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfunction and the effect of bioelectric therapy. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction who were received by our hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent joint examination of 2D ultrasound and 3D ultrasound, and the diagnosis results of 2D ultrasound and 3D ultrasound were recorded. The levator ani muscle thickness, the area before and after the pelvic diaphragm hole in the diagnosed patients were compared before and after treatment. Results A total of 28 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction were diagnosed by two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasound among all the 30 patients, the detection rate was 93.33%.After treatment,28 patients who were detected by two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasound and after their treatment, found that the thickness of levator ani muscle was higher than before treatment, and the anterior-posterior diameter and area of pelvic diaphragm hole were lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of diagnosing pelvic floor dysfunction through two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasound is high, and the effect of bioelectric therapy on the disease is relatively good, which can promote the recovery of patients.
